About the Webinar

APFM invites you to a roundtable conversation on equity and mediation. As mediators, we have long experience noticing who is speaking, who is not speaking, what is said, and what is not said. We routinely make space for quieter voices, and use our authority in the room to guide clients toward balanced and robust agreements. Our training values equity. We may have understood what equity meant last month; what does equity mean now? How do we communicate complex notions of equity in a climate that assumes polarization? Or do we accept polarization as the new normal?

Join APFM President Bob Bordett, and board members Jen Hawthorne Kelsey, Tracey-Leigh Wessels, and Melissa Polk in a conversation facilitated by Joanna Roth. The conversation will not be recorded, and we hope to hear from many members.

Recording of this Roundtable is not permitted.
