Sandra L. Zell, Esquire is a Pennsylvania licensed attorney and certified divorce mediator, and the founder of Zell Divorce Solutions, LLC, a boutique, attorney-led mediation practice serving Bala Cynwyd, the Greater Philadelphia region, and clients across Pennsylvania via Zoom.

Sandra earned her J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was a member of Temple Law Review, and holds a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in Sociology, with a focus on Deviance and Law. She has also completed specialized training in co-parenting.

Sandra's own divorce was lengthy, stressful, and expensive, and that experience convinced her there had to be a better, more peaceful way to end a marriage. Today she guides clients through the full arc of divorce: parenting plans and custody frameworks, child support calculations, financial disclosure, equitable distribution of assets and debts, alimony, and comprehensive marital settlement agreements.

Sandra's mediation model is attorney-led, flat-fee, and split equally between both spouses, with unlimited communication throughout the process. She believes mediation serves high-conflict couples just as well as amicable ones, often better, since it removes the incentives that drive adversarial litigation to escalate conflict and cost. Her approach blends legal precision with practical negotiation, always attentive to communication style, family dynamics, and the long-term co-parenting relationship, so the agreements her clients reach actually work in real life.
