San Diego Divorce Mediation & Family Law began with a change of direction. After years of litigating divorce and custody cases, Scott Levin, Esq., CDFA, saw how courtroom battles could drain families emotionally and financially—and how often children felt the impact. He built a practice focused on helping couples make informed decisions, reduce conflict, and resolve family law matters through mediation.
Scott has more than 20 years of family law experience and has conducted more than 6,000 mediations. As both a family law attorney and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, he helps couples address divorce, legal separation, custody, support, property division, retirement accounts, stock compensation, home equity, military divorce, and LGBTQ+ family law matters with greater legal and financial clarity.
His approach is simple: Clarity First. Then Negotiation. Couples receive practical guidance, clear explanations, and help developing comprehensive agreements designed to work for their family long after the mediation is complete.
