  • APFM Webinar October 5 - Parenting Coordination
     October 5, 2016
     12:00 pm - 1:30 pm Eastern

About the Webinar

New developments in family law have led to methods of collaboration among the fields of mediation, family law and family therapy. Parenting coordination is a multidisciplinary approach that balances the needs of the separating family with the requirements of the court. It has succeeded in creating a spirit of collaboration among divergent professional fields. This presentation is an introduction to an innovative ADR approach that incorporates the techniques and strategies used in mediation, family law and psychology. It explores the elements and responsibilities of a parenting coordinator that influence the family’s ability to successfully transition to a two home structure.
