I was admitted to practice as an Attorney at Law in California in 1993; my practice has always been limited to Family Law matters. I have been a Professional Family Mediator since 1998. By 2014, my practice had evolved so that it was primarily limited to divorce mediation. Because I only worked as a mediator, I resigned as an attorney in January, 2024.
Using thirty years of experience in divorce, and seeing what causes relationships to end, I now only participate in Couples Mediation, for intimate partners who wish to maintain or repair their relationship, and stay together.
I am the former owner of Sacramento Divorce Solutions, Inc., which I sold to my long time associate, Hellen J. Hernandez, in 1998. Hellen's personal practice is limited to Family Law litigation. Our practices do not overlap.
