Founded by Hilary Linton in 2001, Riverdale Mediation has earned a reputation for excellence in all forms of family dispute resolution--- mediation, parenting coordination and arbitration. We also train family law professionals from around the world in certification-eligible courses as mediators, arbitrators and parenting coordinators. All our work is online. Our workshops on screening for power imbalances and IPV have set the standard for such training in several Canadian and international jurisdictions. Riverdale offers a team approach to all it does, with a retired family court judge and several lawyers working together to serve families. We are trained to interview children and prepare Hear the Child Reports, and offer stand-alone services in screening for family violence for arbitrators. (In Ontario only.)
