Lucy works with families, helping folks get to the heart of the matter, find common goals and reach an agreement. Helping parties get unstuck from their conflict allows everyone to move forward and live a much healthier, grateful life. When children are involved, Lucy emphasizes the undeniable evidence that parental conflict is the single worst predictor for a child's adult life and relationships. She helps families find child-centered and focused resolutions. Lucy is also a Roster Mediator for the Fairfax Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court. She is certified as Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court mediator, a Circuit Court mediator for family cases, and is a certified Mentor Mediator for Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court certification. Lucy also works with Conflict to Peace as a Christian Conciliator.
