In his work as a mediator and counsel, Mr. Sroka has helped to resolve hundreds of divorce and difficult family situations without the need for trial. He firmly maintains that, through professional mediation, people can move through the most difficult divorce disputes with privacy and dignity, and achieve fair results, without spending a fortune, without increasing animosity, and with establishing a basis for future, successful co-parenting.
Louis Sroka is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton and the NYU School of Law. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation. He is admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as the New York and Florida bars. He was certified as a mediator by the State of Florida in general civil as well as family practice. He opened the New York branch office of Mediation, Inc., the largest mediation firm in Florida at the time. Mr. Sroka is the president of Mediation Solutions, LLC, which he founded in New York in 2003. He lectures and writes on mediation and negotiation and has taught those disciplines on a college level, and in major corporations.
