Mental Health Professional, Psychologist, Mediator
I create a warm and structured environment for individuals to engage in solution-focused discussions while navigating relationship challenges and life transitions. I offer "couples mediation" if individuals want to work to stay together. I also guide couples through every phase of separation or divorce, providing affordable and thoughtfully organized assistance and emphasizing clear education and understanding. I assist individuals in logistically and emotionally preparing for divorce, and I work closely with parents to create balanced, child-centered agreements that truly benefit the whole family. It is profoundly challenging for individuals to make significant life decisions amid the grief, resentment, and overwhelm often associated with divorce. I am here to alleviate the trauma and stress of this transition, integrating the benefits of divorce mediation with the strategic option of seeking advice from divorce specialists.
