Business Description

My approach is facilitative and leans toward the transformative; I prioritize the health of the relationship first, ensuring that healing and growth happen within the process so that the paperwork follows naturally. I provide comprehensive case management to help clients navigate complex transitions, with the goal of ensuring they aren't stuck in a broken dynamic in the future.

To support our work, I utilize developmental tools like Temperament Charting to ground our discussions in the specific needs of the family. I also authored the workbook 'Your Co-Parenting Plan Blueprint' as a tool for parents to prepare for mediation—whether they work through it independently or alongside a therapist or coach—so they can arrive at the table with clarity and intention.

I hold a Juris Doctor and am an MC3 Certified Mediator, a PITC Fellow, and a Certified Co-Parenting Specialist (CoPS). This multidisciplinary background allows me to provide a structured, safe, and child-centered environment for even the most complex family cases.
