Trainers/Presenters: The trainer for the Winter 2024 live session is Robert Kirkman Collins, Esq., Professor of Practice, and Founder and Director of the Divorce Mediation Clinic at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Experienced coaches also will provide feedback to trainees. For the pre-work, multiple presenters with decades of experience are featured in a series of custom videos to be completed at the trainee’s own pace.

Completely online, this expansive introductory course provides a solid foundation to start your career as a divorce mediator. Part 1: Features 20 hours of asynchronous legal, mental health, and financial subject-matter training that you complete online at your own pace. Part 2: Features 40 hours of live mediation skills training via Zoom with group exercises designed to give trainees a robust experience with personalized attention.
