Over the years we have been asked to offer a course to help new mediators (and existing ones!) set up their mediation practice. This course will be co-taught by experienced mediator and lead trainer Jennifer Suzor and her very experienced Executive Assistant, Jocelyn Caron, who manages mediation practices for Bridging Family Conflict, Suzor Mediation and the trainings offered by INSIGHTful Mediation Training. Participants will learn how to set up and manage their practice from the early stages through intake procedures, including screening, file management and techniques to deal with booking clients, sharing information, dealing with edits to drafts and more.
