11:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern

Organization Presenting the Program: The Diversity/Inclusion Committee of the NJAPM
Description:.
Following a year-long collaboration with four other organizations, the Cultural Competency in Family Practice (California), the Florida Center for Cultural Competence (Florida), the New York City Bar’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion (New York), and the Iranian-American Lawyers Association (California), the Diversity/Inclusion Committee of the NJAPM is extremely proud to present the 2022 National Cultural Competency Forum for Mediators, Lawyers, Judges and Legal Professionals: East Meets West (NCCF). This online on-demand educational program features 5 panels of 26 speakers from across the nation on issues of cultural competency in the legal profession. The forum is 5 hours in length and will be available on demand to registrants. The NCCF is proudly sponsored by Our Family Wizard, and there are several honorary sponsors/supporters including Rutgers University Law School, University of West Los Angeles Law School, Monmouth University, Montclair University ,, Autism Speaks, the National Disability Rights Network, and others. The NCCF has been pre-approved for 5 hours of New Jersey CLE credits, including ethics and diversity credits. For this special program on this critical social issue, and in honor of National Conflict Resolution Day, the NJAPM has arranged an extraordinarily low cost of only $35 (administrative fee) for those seeking CLE credits. For those not seeking CLE credits, as a public service there is no charge.
