Our practice prioritizes autonomy, empathy, and practical resolution, empowering families to engage conflict constructively and create lasting, self-determined solutions.
Dr. Deutsch brings a unique combination of legal training, academic scholarship, and lived experience to his mediation work. He holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a Ph.D. in history from the University at Buffalo. His research explored how power, identity, and cultural narratives shape conflict and cooperation. Drawing on this deep understanding—as well as extensive professional mediation experience—we create safe, structured environments that support open dialogue, minimize harm, and foster collaborative decision-making.
