Business Description
Transforming conflict to cooperation. My goal is to bridge differences and facilitate understanding, by offering people an opportunity to hear and be heard. I help people resolve the issue at hand, and develop a framework for solving future disagreements. I encourage using mediation as a tool to preserve relationships, find enduring solutions, and move forward in their lives. Linda Gryczan (rhymes with bison) has facilitated consensus decision-making for over 30 years. As a board chair, she has helped groups of people with opposing opinions, come to consensus on many issues. She completed professional mediator training from the Center for Collaborative Solutions in Bozeman, Montana. Her training in family issues is from the Montana Mediation Association including divorce law, impacts of divorce on children and child support. Linda is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution, the national professional mediation association and has been granted Advanced Practitioner Status for family mediation. She is a full member of the Montana Mediation Association with Family Designation.
