General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

Refund & Delivery Policies

1. Dues and Subscriptions

a) Payment made for approved membership is not refundable.

b) Membership applications will be processed within seven days of APFM receiving the completed membership application and payment. Denied membership applications will be refunded within two business days of denial.

c) Subscriptions are effective for twelve months upon receipt of payment. Subscription payments are not refundable.

2. Conference Registration Fees

a) Cancellation Policy for 2017 Annual Conference: Upon receipt of written notice of cancellation postmarked or faxed by February 25, 2017, the registration fee will be refunded except for a fifty-dollar service fee. Written notice of cancellations postmarked or faxed after February 25, 2017 but before March 10, 2017 will incur a fifty-dollar service fee. The balance of the amount paid may be used as a credit toward a future conference. No refunds or credits will be allowed for cancellations received after March 10, 2017.

b) Advance payment of conference fees other than the Annual Conference are 90 percent refundable upon a thirty written notice prior to the opening day of the conference. Requests for refunds with less than a thirty day written notice shall be at the discretion of the APFM Board of Directors with due consideration for mitigating circumstances.

c) On site conference registrations are non-refundable except for emergency situations and then at the sole discretion of the APFM Board of Directors.

3. Products

Products are shipped within two business days of payments being received unless back ordered and then shipped within two business days of restocking.
